The Precinct

As the largest room in the AREA portfolio, The Precinct offers a comprehensive range of possibilities for meetings and conferences. With an abundance of natural daylight and a 4 metre high ceiling, The Precinct always feels spacious and inspiring. All windows have blackout blinds if you require a darkened room for a presentation. With doors leading onto the outside balcony, this is the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air during breaks. The Precinct is easily adapted to any theming for gala dinners or weddings.

The O’Sullivan Suite

The ultimate in space and services, the prestigious O’Sullivan Suite is ideal for private dinners, business meetings or cocktail functions.  This exclusive space offers privacy and luxury on the top floor of the 5-star Boulcott Suites in central Wellington.  A spacious, bright and open plan main meeting area opens onto a magnificent conservatory which in turn leads to an outdoor deck revealing views over Wellington.

Our caterers will help create a memorable experience for your guests offering a selection of fine food, alternatively they will work with you to tailor a menu to suit your requirements for that special occasion.  For a team building event or something a little different, cooking demonstrations are also available.
