What type of accommodation can you offer/how can we book?

We are located on the ground floor of the Boulcott Suites north tower. Boulcott Suites is a unique 5-star apartment hotel that has been designed and fully furnished with elegance and style, featuring studio apartments, spacious single-level suites and fully-equipped executive townhouses. Is car parking available on-site?

We offer one onsite carpark complimentary per booking and can offer additional car parking for $29 per day (subject to availability). Please book any additional car parking requirements in advance to secure your spots. There are also a number of Wilson car parking buildings located nearby on Boulcott Street and Willis Street.

Is AREA accessible?

We are conveniently located on the ground floor of the Boulcott Suites north tower which makes it easily accessible. We also offer disabled car parking right outside the lobby door and accessible bathrooms on the ground level.

What are your opening hours?

We can be here as early and as late as you need to ensure your event runs smoothly. However, we do ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm to ensure accommodation guests can get a good night’s sleep.

Do any of your rooms have natural daylight?

All of AREAs meeting rooms feature floor to ceiling windows to allow the daylight to flow in.  This is a key feature of our offering and clients love the natural daylight.

Are we allowed to bring our own AV equipment?

We unfortunately do not allow guests to bring their own AV equipment, as AREA is equipped with the most modern technology to ensure the success of your event. Further, we can organise any additional equipment from our partner Streamliner, and arrange for that to be set up for you before your event.
